崗位職責(zé):Primary Duties and Responsibilities:1. Leads large cross functional teams for engineering projects2. Develop equipment from concept to prototypes until series solution for lens manufacturing focus on system and control. 3. Undertake and drive Technology Qualifications and Validations for both Rx and Mass applications and support Operational Readiness.4. Identification and communicating the technical requirements,design, build and implement automation solutions. 任職資格:Competence: 1. B.S./B.E. degree or about, in Mechatronics, Automation or related fields. 2. At least 2 years’ experience in Engineering field is desirable. 3. Good at presentation tools. Fundamental knowledge of mechanical design (3D modeling and 2D drafting) with Pro-E, Auto CAD & Solid works.4. Experience in Automation development:Experience of design, develop and implement automation solutions;Good understanding of “smart manufacturing/ intelligent automation” concept;Technical management and expertise for the design, procurement, fabrication and/or commissioning phases associated;Knowledge of one of mainstream programming languages (controlling: PLC; programming: C++, VB, Python, etc.) is desirable.5. Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.6. Basic project management knowledge, skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus.7. Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.8. Good at summarizing the work and deliver the content in a logic and systematic approach.9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.10. Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarine).
