JD:2-4年辦公室IT系統(tǒng)support。有SAP/oracle等經(jīng)驗更加。英文為工作語言。Responsibilities/KeyactivitiesEnsuresaneffectiveandefficientdailysupportofinscopeApplicationswithintheclusterBusiness.EnsuresallinscopeApplicationswithintheclusterfollowglobalJDEITsupportmodel,methodologyandtooling.WorkscloselywithlocalvendorstodeployprojectsandsolutionsintheclusterandwithGlobalApplicationsteamtoensureoperationalacceptancecriteriaarefollowed.Whenneeded,involvesotherGlobalteams(e.g.Security)tocoverspecificservice&operationselements.EnsuresApplicationSupportServices(Incident,Change,Useraccess,Monitoring)aredeliveredasperagreedcontractscopeandServiceLevelAgreements(SLA’s)andmanagesApplicationSupportVendorsaccordingly;ConnectswithClusterITManagertoensurethattheApplicationSupportServicesmeetBusinessexpectationsandthatsystematicfeedbackfrom/tothelocalBusiness&stakeholdersisregularlycollected/providedaroundthereportedperformanceofsuchServices;AlignswithCentralApplicationteamsonstandardizationandcontinuousimprovementsonSupportServicesModelsandPerformance;EnsuresAudit/Risk/SecurityCompliance(includinglicensing)ofApplications;SupportslocalactivitiesinApplicationRationalizationandApplicationLifecycle,inalignmentwithGlobalAIM,EnterpriseSolutionsandClusterITM.EnsuresregularupdatestotheConfigurationManagementDatabase(CMDB),bothintermsofcompletenessandaccuracy.InalignmentwithClusterITM,mayberequiredtosupportInfrastructureactivitieswithinthecountryofresidence.LiaiseswithlocalVendorsandclusterITApplicationstoprovideinputonProjectcostthatfurtherallowstheClusterITMtobuildsolidBusinessCasesaspartoftheI2Pprocess.EnsuresApplicationSupportServicesaredeliveredinacosteffectiveway;ResponsibleforbudgetcontrolandreportingofApplications(actuals,forecast,AOPsubmissions)towardsClusterITM;AccountableandResponsibleforPO’s,Good
