崗位職責(zé)：- 熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場的行情與現(xiàn)狀，能夠分析研究房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢；- 具有良好的專業(yè)知識，熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場及物業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識；- 能夠完成各種地產(chǎn)類型的市場調(diào)研工作及評估工作，撰寫房地產(chǎn)及相關(guān)行業(yè)的分析及估價報告；- 組織項目前期市場調(diào)研工作的開展；- 協(xié)助董事負(fù)責(zé)完成項目質(zhì)量和準(zhǔn)確性控制，并完成部門存檔和數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和更新工作；- 協(xié)助董事維護同公司有關(guān)系的客戶之間的關(guān)系，并開發(fā)新的客戶；- 完成董事或者資深管理層下達(dá)的其他任務(wù)；崗位要求：- 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，房地產(chǎn)、土木工程、建筑、經(jīng)濟學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)；- 至少一年以上房地產(chǎn)評估工作經(jīng)驗，有房地產(chǎn)上市評估、信托基金評估、資產(chǎn)評估、市場/調(diào)研領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；- 中英文流利，能夠撰寫英文報告；- 熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場，精通房地產(chǎn)評估專業(yè)知識，具有RICS專業(yè)資質(zhì)或中國房地產(chǎn)估價師/土地估價師/資產(chǎn)評估師資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先考慮；- 具有較強的統(tǒng)計分析能力，熟練使用office辦公軟件；- 有良好的溝通能力和獨立工作的能力，講求效率；- 具備較高的綜合素質(zhì)、獨立處理事務(wù)的能力以及較強的團隊合作精神；- 責(zé)任心強，能夠承受高負(fù)荷的工作壓力，適應(yīng)加班；- 接受經(jīng)常國內(nèi)出差的工作需要；Key Accountabilities:- Support HOD in developing valuation project opportunities across China;- Project management and / or proposal preparation and management from conception to completion of deliverables and project closing;- Enhance the market reputation of Colliers by optimising response strategies, elevating the quality of report deliverables;- Deliver high value added valuation services to clients, achieve business objectives and maximise the profitability of the team;- To participate in valuation and surveying projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy;- To conduct site visits in all China provinces and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory projects;- To ensure compliance of ISO standards;- To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships;Requirements & Qualifications:- University degree in Real Estate, Economic or related disciplines;- At least a years’ relevant valuation and consultancy experience with experience in pre-IPO, IPO, REITs, and relevant market study/research is an advantage;- RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as CREA, CREV and CPV is an advantage;- Abundant knowledge / experience in China’s real estate market;- Excellent writing and communication skills (Both Mandarin and English);- Detail-minded and independent;- Able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work;- Willing to travel and to work long hours;- Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint.;
