Position Summary:The role will be focus on Demand Planning, including production forecasts and motor shipments schedule as per customers’ on-time delivery (OTD) requirements. Support planning and fulfillment requirements for the assigned Business Unit.Responsibilities:(1) Master Demand Schedule and sales forecast for BU- Communicate with Sales team and update the latest information on Sales Orders and Forecasts, ensuring the demand statement is an accurate reflection of anticipated shipments- Ensure the MDS is timely updated, when sales forecast is updated and prior to the next material plan generation- Communicate with Sales team directly on forecasts, safety stock and delivery fulfillment- Monitor and analyze the demand trend and ensure the latest information is aligned with Supply team and Business Unit for OTD.- Monitor Customer consigned Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels and working with Sales team to manage them to pre-determined target levels(2) Monitor and follow up on Sales Orders changes and motor shipment- Monitor and communicate the effect of Sales Order amendments/cancellations or pull-in on inventory levels for Finished Goods and raw materials- Manage the Sales Orders from ordering to shipment and payment received(3) Participate in Improvement Programs / initiatives- Review and manage IPR/ISO releases at overseas sites to achieve information flow and operations efficiency- Active participate in improvements of information flow and planning systemsRequirements:(1) 1year or above of demand planning and order fulfillment(2) Effective negotiation and communication skills(3) Organized and attention to details(4) Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined and positive attitude(5) Diploma education(6) Good command of English
