崗位職責(zé):1.Development of equipment from concept to prototypes until series solution for lens manufacturing by working closely with German automation team;2. For outsourcing equipment, define clear technical requirements and boundaries, monitor, control and responsible for the deliverables and timeline. 3.Undertake and drive Technology Qualifications and Validations for both Rx and Mass applications and support Operational Readiness;4.Identification of problems or technical restrictions during development & reporting to the supervisor;5. Support lab to solve technical problems or train local engineers as necessary. 任職資格:1.B.S. degree or above, in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;2.> 2 years’ experience in Engineering field desirable;3.Knowledge of mechanical design (3D modeling and 2D drafting) with Pro-E, Auto CAD & Solid works;4.Experience in developing equipment from concept to final product in a cross-function project team;5.Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions and deal with changes in priorities is required;6.Ability to work independently;7.Good English in both oral and written;8.Knowledge of one of mainstream programming languages (controlling: PLC; programming: C++, VB, Python, etc.) is preferable;9.Experiences of robotics, grippers and past working in automation industry are preferable;
