崗位職責(zé)：

4.Assist in the resolution of dealer/customer product problems. 協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商/客戶解決產(chǎn)品相關(guān)問(wèn)題。

5.Conduct product/application training programs for dealers, growers (or end-users). 對(duì)經(jīng)銷商、種植戶進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品/設(shè)備應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)。

6.Advise dealers/growers on specific product application and technical information. 向經(jīng)銷商/種植戶提供關(guān)于特定產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用與技術(shù)信息的建議。

7.Undertakes customer-requirements research and collects potential project/sales opportunities and provide to Marketing Department in responsible areas. 在負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品需求調(diào)研; 收集潛在項(xiàng)目和銷售機(jī)會(huì)信息并提供給市場(chǎng)部門(mén)。

8.Assist to develop and maintain sales channels；maintaining contact with industry stake holders in accordance with call plans and customer requirements. 協(xié)助開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售渠道, 保持與行業(yè)人士的聯(lián)系。

9.Receive training and instruction product knowledge, technical service procedures and related conducted by Tech.& Product Support Team ;command and implement the most up to data Technology of TORO products and service standard& procedure in daily work. 接受公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)部對(duì)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、技術(shù)服務(wù)流程的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，確保掌握和執(zhí)行最新的托羅產(chǎn)品技術(shù)及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程。

10.Assist in or implement technical service in cross-regional projects per assignment. 根據(jù)指派協(xié)助完成跨區(qū)域項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)支持。


職位要求：
College Degree or above 全日制大專及以上學(xué)歷。
Major in Agriculture, Engineering or Mechanic Engineering, etc. 農(nóng)業(yè)、工程或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation companies or institutes as technical support staff. 至少兩年灌溉企業(yè)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
On-site technical supporting and irrigational project sales experience desired. 有灌溉項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持及項(xiàng)目銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in agronomy, agriculture or irrigation desired. 具備農(nóng)學(xué)、農(nóng)技或灌溉相關(guān)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Good computer skill, familiar with AutoCAD drawings. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能、熟練使用AUTOCAD軟件。
Basic English reading and writing, can read English Technical document 具備基本的英文讀寫(xiě)能力;可閱讀英文技術(shù)文件。
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers, , co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the Company；良好的口頭和書(shū)面溝通能力，能夠與客戶、同事等內(nèi)外部關(guān)聯(lián)方進(jìn)行有效地溝通；
Willing to travel 80% above of the time. 將有80%的工作時(shí)間需要出差。
