Job responsibility:
Fully responsible Product Manufacturing Process design and improvement
Supporting RD for DFM (design for manufacturing)
Responsible for Production/Process cost analysis and calculation. Faculty of comprehension in leveraging process capability and investment cost control.
Leading Lean Manufacturing projects and continues improvement
Responsible for Process standardization and modularization
Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly target setup on the process, efficiency and cost reduction etc., improvement, and taking lead to realization.
Capability requirements:
Engineering background, IE expertise is preferred.
Preference of excellent Lean manufacturing knowledge and background
10+years working experiences and over 8 years manufacturing or process Engineering related.
Good English in writing &read. Fluent verbal communication is a super plus.
Self-driven, result orientation working style is desired.
