POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Basing on the design from engineers, support to do the FEA and give some comments to optimize the design including mechanical property, thermal analysis and mold flow analysis.
2. Coordinate & response to new product design, cost reduction, quality issue from customer and process improvement.
3. Support FEA request from other sites.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEGE REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical engineering or related.
2. Above 5 years work experience on FEA.
3. Good English skill include oral and writing, skill of AutoCAD, Creo and MS-office。
4. Above 2 years’ experience on product design and be familiar with engineer analysis tools (APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / MSA / DOE…)
5. Have the knowledge about molding / stamping and assembly process.
6. Good communication skill
7. Knowledge for connector design and manufacture process.
